This website hosts introductory material for teaching biologists how to interact with data including: navigating the commandline, data structure, and programming for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. This undergraduate course is being taught in the School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences at the University of Washington. This course is forked from datacarpentry/semester-biology. From there other lessons were added from Softwary Carpentry and Data Carpentry.

This class meets 2 times a week.
