Data Governance and Provenance

AREE should include public or appropriately shareable data only. Every dataset registration must include provenance links, accession information where available, curator identity, curation date, limitations, and analysis status.

Missing metadata should be encoded explicitly. Do not infer phenotype, treatment, or accession fields without documenting the curation decision.
